Crazy about cooking! I learned how to cook very early as my Grandma was a gifted cook and enjoyed passing her wisdom in the kitchen onto me. The curiosity on the subject became stronger as I was faced with the pleasure to try and discover new flavors. It was the taste for sweets and deserts that led me to CHOCOLATE.
After attending some chocolate courses taught by Brazilian Chocolatier, Livia Marques, I began to make combinations of flavors and create fillings from typical Brazilian cuisine sweets. The success among friends made me think about turning it into business and entering the handmade chocolates market. This was how the Cocoa Parties brand was created.
